Minimum of 7 years of related experience, three of which in a related managerial position.

Experience in the freight forwarding industry is a plus.

Proven competency in strategic planning and execution.

Competence in team coaching, delegation, and problem solving.

Proven ability in executing operational processes and systematic communication.

Advanced experience in client account management.

Advanced performance in time management and organization skills

Excellent communication, networking and interpersonal skills.

Ability to prepare managerial and technical reports and targets planning.

Excellent command of English and Arabic languages, and in computer skills.

Bachelor’s Degree in related field.

1-2 years of experience in related field.

Ability to maintain existing clients and to gather new ones.

Ability to report sales activities and to provide relevant management information.
