Title: Ticketing & Reservations Officer

This position is in the Green Meadows Travel and Tourism Company, in Air Algerie Offices.
A Ticketing & Reservations Officer will directly interact with existing and potential clients, to provide a superior and consistent quality of travel services. This job holder will be required to convert the maximum number of enquiries into ticketed sales increasing revenues at every sales opportunity, using efficient and friendly customer service techniques.

Required skills include:

• Good command of English and French languages.


• Good command of computer skills.


• Good knowledge in airlines reservations systems Galileo is a requirement.
  
• Knowledgeable in all phases of the ticket operations.
  
• Problem solving skills.


• Strong skills in negotiation, analysis, reporting, communication (both verbal and written).


• Highly customer and team oriented.
