Exporting
perishable goods by land from Jordan to Europe via Turkey
Salam
Shipping and Forwarding Agency, Land Department, started trial shipment
for exporting perishable goods
(fruits and vegetables)
from Jordan to Europe via Turkey
(by land) and via Haifa sea
/ land service.
SSF have
launched its new service for exporting perishable goods by air, sea, and
land and now is considered in the top rank of service providers for this
commodity by air transport.
Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) Land transport from Europe to Jordan
SSF Land
Transport Department provides dedicated truckload transportation solutions
for less-than-truckload (LTL) transport services.
In addition to
its core LTL service, SSF provides its customers with a number of additional
value-added LTL services, including expedited and guaranteed delivery,
cross-border, government and third-party logistics services. Benefiting from
its preferences as a member in Jordan Customs Golden List Program. Also LTL
carrier, providing regional, inter-regional for shipments from all parts of
Europe to Jordan and Iraq via Turkey.
LTL service from Aqaba to Amman and Zarqa Free Zone
SSF launched a new
LTL (Less Truck Loads) service from Aqaba to several destinations in
Amman and Zarqa Free Zone. This new service will be operating on 3
times/week basis, and will be complementing the service of the LCL (Less
Container Loads) departments, thereby offering Port to Door (import) and
Door to Port (export) groupage services to its clients.
The all in rate will
include terminal handling charges (THC), un-stuffing, entrance fees,
customs clearance and trucking. You can also opt for the on-carriage
rate only.

Groupage
Service from Singapore and Hamburg
SSF will soon
announce adding two new destinations to its import groupage
service, namely Singapore and Hamburg.
These
additions will add more diversity to SSF's existing portfolio of
import groupage destinations, which include Hong Kong, Shanghai,
Rotterdam, Dubai, Genoa and Keelung, most of which are operated
on weekly basis.
