Profile

Kareem Logistics (KL) was established in 1999 to meet the transportation needs of the booming Qualified Industrial Zones (QIZ), with its establishment, Naouri Group started providing door-to-door services to its clients.

Since the first day of its establishment, special attention was directed towards the quality and communication standards of KL’s operation, which managed to quickly attract a large proportion of QIZ factories, KL’s target customers, generating high growth rates, and rising KL’s name over the next few years to become one of the largest Customs Clearance companies in Jordan.

KL’s outstanding dedication to quality services became evident when it became the first Customs Clearance company to get enlisted in Jordan Customs Golden List Program, which is a program created by Jordan Customs in collaboration with USAID and AMIR (Achievement of Market-Friendly Initiative and Result Program), that is equivalent to the CTPAP (Customs-Trade partnership against Terrorism), and aims to pinpoint the elite Jordanian companies that employ international standards of quality and safety. For further information about the Golden List program, please click here.

Companies enlisted on the Jordan Customs Golden List receive preferential treatment and facilities in many areas including bank guarantees, simpler cargo inspection, export through Green Fast Track, reduced number of inspections and reduced border crossing waiting periods, and many more.

KL soon extended its target market to include general cargo clients in addition to QIZ factories, thereby increasing its growth rate. Today, KL employs over 70 staff members in its 17 branches in the most prominent customs locations in Jordan, which include:

  • Amman (Head Quarters).

  • Qualified Industrial Zones: Sahab, Dulail, Cybercity, Hasan Industrial City.

  • (Jordan Customs entry/exit points): Jordan Customs, Queen Alia International Airport, Sheikh Hussein Bridge, Al Karamah, Al Omari, Aqaba Port.

  • Bonded areas: Al Qastal, Al Mahatta, Al Yadouda, Al Fawakeh Al Tazajah.

  • Freezones: Zarqa Freezone, Syria Freezone.

KL’s latest accomplishments include becoming the largest customs clearance office at Dulayl Customs, the second largest at Aqaba Port Customs, and among the top 5 at Queen Alia International Airport Customs.
